    ·        COMPARATIVE MARKET ANALYSIS - I will provide you with a current market analysis to assist in determining the most competitive and equitable list price for your home.  In addition to these numbers, I also consider your location, condition, enhancements, market trends and Buyer demand.

    ·        HOME ENHANCEMENT - Curb appeal is important as well as staging the inside of your home for showings.  With your approval, I will advise you on how to stage your home for showings.

    ·        THE MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE - This is the key to informing Realtors throughout the Valley that your home is now on the market.  I will enter your home into the MLS, display complimenting photos of your home and describe the wonderful features and benefits of owning your particular home.

    ·        REALTY EXECUTIVES SIGN - I will place, with your approval, a lawn sign on your property with my telephone number, which will allow prospective Buyers and Realtors to call me for information about your home.

    ·        ADVERTISING - I will provide local and Internet advertising of your property to reach the most Buyers.  My personal Website at www.AzShowcase.com and www.Realtor.com will feature wonderful photos and information on your home along with a link to your homes Virtual Tour.

    ·        BROCHURES/FLYERS - I will create and distribute informative flyers about your home to other Brokers in the area and provide your home with a supply to display for showings.

    ·        OPEN HOUSES - I will arrange for open houses to be held only when convenient for you in order to attract more Buyers. Every precaution is taken to safeguard your home.

    ·        PRE-SCREENED BUYERS - I will pre-screen only qualified Buyers for your home.  Any serious Buyer should already have a letter from their Lender.

    ·        KEEP IN TOUCH - I will keep you updated as to the results of showings and other REALTOR feedback.  I refer to this as, “seeing your home through the Buyer’s eyes.”

    ·        OFFERS ON YOUR HOME - I will advise you as soon as an offer is received and review with you all details therein and assist you in any negotiations.  Upon agreement and acceptance of an offer, I will monitor the progress of the purchase agreement, keeping you informed during the entire transaction.
